The DJI Pocket 4P includes two main camera views: a 1x wide camera and a 3x telephoto camera.
The 1x camera is best for vlogging, walking shots, travel videos, and wide scenes. The 3x camera gives a tighter 60mm full-frame equivalent perspective, which is useful for portraits, product shots, details, and cinematic B-roll.
There is also a 6x mode, which crops from the 3x camera. It can be useful when you need more reach, but the 3x camera gives the best balance of image quality and compression.
For most creators, use the 1x camera for general filming and switch to the 3x camera when you want a more premium, focused look.

For everyday shooting, the best DJI Pocket 4P video setting is 4K. You can use 4K 30fps for natural footage or 4K 60fps for smoother motion.
